Chakras

The Sanskrit meaning for the word Chakra is “wheel of energy”. There are 7 major Chakras spiraling from the base of the spine or “root” to the crown of the head. Each interconnect to flow smoothly through the body. If, for any reason (physically; emotionally; spiritually), a blockage is formed, the energy flow is limited and the person is out of balance.

Reiki seeks to unblock and resume the natural flow of these energy centers. Reiki is a wonderful tool for all to possess, and very simple to use.
